Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 100g whole wheat flour
- 250g Natural Dream granola
- 1 egg (optional: for a vegan alternative, use 1 tablespoon of flaxseed mixed with 3 tablespoons of boiling water)
- 1 bag of baking powder
- Honey to taste (add for some extra sweetness)

Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl.
3. Add the whole wheat flour, Natural Dream granola, egg (or flaxseed mixture) and baking powder to the bowl. Mix everything well to form a smooth batter.
4. Taste the batter and add honey for extra sweetness if desired.
5. Grease a baking pan with some oil or line it with baking paper.

7. Place the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake the banana bread for about 30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean when you insert it into the bread.
